- 1Forest Department entry is subject to availability of permits — especially during peak season (Oct–Feb). Book in advance.
- 2Tiger sighting is wild and unpredictable — we enter the best zones at the best times, but cannot guarantee a sighting.
- 3Children under 5 travel free; ages 5–10 attract 50% of adult rate. Please inform us at the time of booking.
- 4The package departs daily except on Forest Department holidays. Check your date before booking.
- 5Minimum 2 persons required for confirmation. For solo travellers, a single supplement applies.
- 6All forest areas are strictly no-plastic zones. Please carry reusable bottles.
- 7Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once full payment or a deposit (as specified) has been received. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
- 8Payment Terms: Payment can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or other payment methods as specified. Full payment must be completed before the tour departure.
- 7Cancellations by You: Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply: 30+ days before the tour: Full refund minus processing fees. 15–29 days before the tour: 50% refund. Less than 15 days: No refund.

October to March is ideal — the weather is dry, wildlife is active near water sources, and the forest is accessible. The Royal Bengal Tiger is most visible from December to February when prey moves to the water’s edge.
Yes — the itinerary is designed to be gentle and accessible. Boat safaris are smooth-water creek trips. The Dobanki Canopy Walk is elevated but has railings. We recommend this for all age groups. Just let us know any specific needs in advance.

For the Kolkata-to-Kolkata package, we pick you up from a central Kolkata location (usually near Kolkata station or as agreed). For the Canning-to-Canning package, you reach Canning station by train and we collect you from there.
All our mechanized vessels are licensed by the West Bengal Forest Department, equipped with European-style toilets, life jackets, and first aid kits. The boats are cleaned daily.
Light cotton clothing (avoid bright colours in the forest — muted greens and browns are best), a warm layer for early mornings, comfortable walking shoes, insect repellent, sunscreen, binoculars if possible, and a reusable water bottle. Full packing list sent after booking.
